An excellent program for anyone who enjoys an active lifestyle, the crew do loads of sports both inside and outside of work. The standards are high across all departments and work can be intense during trips, but overall I enjoyed my time onboard. Strongly recommend if you're into health and fitness.

The boat itself is great with good sized cabins, both a crew mess & lounge and 2 reasonable gym spaces for cardio and weights. The food was always incredible and the majority of the crew super lovely and outgoing . However it is hard to grow into leadership roles on there due to a lot of handholding and micromanaging.

Was a good starting point for my first role and gave me valuable big yacht experience. Lot's of young crew so there's always plenty of people to do stuff with during time off. I was only onboard for a year so can't comment too much on upward mobility but I had fun during my time there.

This is a really great boat that has a lot of perks. The large difference between leave packages for junior and senior crew can be a bit jarring but the atmosphere is great. The owners are particularly unusual in that they’re really inclusive and will make sure crew are invited on any excursions they go on.

Previously know as Secret during its charter days it was a fantastic programme. Apart from a reasonably small gym up in the Bosuns locker the crew amenities are pretty good and cabin storage space vast. Great tenders and toys to learn on if you’re starting out.

Crew areas are practical, and the deck setup with those massive cranes makes tender ops and gear handling easy. Guests love the rugged look and huge beach club – feels different from your usual white yacht. Runs smooth, great range for long trips, and plenty of space to work without feeling cramped.
